Saturday 8 am to 4:30 pm

The Calico Cut-Ups Quilt Guild and the Nyte Tyme Quilters of Bella Vista, Arkansas, are excited to host Quilt Congress 2009. Our theme this year is “Stars Over Arkansas”. We believe that we all shine like stars to someone in our lives — be they family, friends or our communities.

The 2009 Quilt Congress program speakers are knowledgeable, informative and instructional, and they will dazzle you with their quilts. Click the button below to learn more about these talented artisans and teachers.

Remember also the vendors, demonstrations, Silent Auction, Challenge Quilts, Display Quilts, lunch, fellowship and Show & Tell.

As an added feature this year, The Rogers Little Theater has agreed to produce the well known play Quilters, the story of a pioneer woman and her six daughters and her quilt blocks. Music, dance and drama highlight the show. Watch for more detailed information on this at the Calico Cut-Ups website.

The Calico Cut-Ups and the Nyte Time Quilters have made arrangements with several hotels and motels in the area for special rates in lodging Quilt Congress attendees. This information can be found on the map of the area, which you can print after downloading below.

Download and print the registration form below. Register early, as we expect rooms to fill up fast.
